The ISAE offers a quality environment for research. Its scientific policy aims at making for a research host centre with a high European and international reputation for students doing research masters and doctorates.
The ISAE strives to develop training by research with career outcomes mainly in the industrial sector.
- Preparation of the Research Master, lasting one year, is the 2nd year of the Master’s degree. It aims to initiate students to research and evaluate their aptitude for such activity.
- Preparation of the PhD, lasting three years, is organised within a PhD Program that brings together research teams accommodating students around a doctoral program. This constitutes experimental research that following a viva voce defence is rewarded by conferment of the title of doctor.
