Both campuses of the ISAE offer adapted accommodation to student's life.

SUPAERO campus

The ISAE has 3 halls of residenceon SUPAERO campus - 469 rooms, 24 studios (18 smaller studios, 6 largerones) and 9 studios VIP.

Halls of residence have :

a restaurant
a student lounge
TV rooms
an auditorium of 186 seats
games rooms
laundry facilities

The rooms in the halls of residence are normally reserved for MS Graduate degree students. There may, however, be rooms available for other students.

Accomodation fees

Accomodation fees (2012) :

room: €196,80 (per month)
studio T1: €354,30
T1 Bis: €393,60

The accomodation fee must be paid monthly at the Accountant’soffice (SUPAERO campus, ground floor of the teaching building). Paymentby standing order is prefered, otherwise cash, cheque or credit cardare accepted.
A deposit of the equivalent of one month’s rent is required upon registration. This is refundable when leaving school.

The room includes : 1 bed, 1 mattress with cover, 1 pillow, 1 pillow case, 2 bed linens, 2 wool blankets, 1 bedspread, 1 armchair, 1 closet, 1 telephone, 1 wastepaper basket, 1 windowseal, 1 desklamp, 1 plug for broad band connection network.

The studio includes : 1 bed, 1 mattress, 1 mattress cover, 1 pillow, 1 pillow case, 2 bed linens, 2 wool blankets, 1 bedspread, 4 chairs, 2 armchairs, 1 closet, 1 cupboard, 1 telephone, 1 fridge, 1 desk, 1 towel bar, 1 soap dish, 1 nightstands, 1 kitchen table, 1 desklamp, 1plug for broad band connection network, 1 plug for TV, 2 keys

ENSICA campus

Two halls of residence :

- Maison des élèves (Student’s house) : international exchange students and 3^rdyear students can be accommodated in the Student’s House (ME) 139 student’s rooms ENSICA campus - 161. rue Louis Plana - 31500 TOULOUSE (Maison des élèves) ;

- Résidence des élèves (Student’s Residence) : all engineering cycle students can be accommodated inthe SNI Residence (National Property Company) – House of Tomorrow’s Engineers (MID – Maison desIngénieurs de Demain) 200 fully equipped studios 2 year lease ENSICA campus - 159, rue Louis Plana - 31500 TOULOUSE(Maison des Ingénieursde Demain, managed by the National Property Company)

Practical

Animals are not permitted on the campus.

The residences are served by the following public transport:

bus routes: 19, 20, 21 and 39

Parking: on presentation of an insurance certificatefor the vehicle.
