Before leaving, provide the Career Office with the 'contact form' you have filled in if you feel like receiving ISAE job offers bulletin.
End of Study Project
Please refer to the internship office and meet your school superviser : they will remind you of the rules and give you advices.The PFE (End of study project) will be assessed through a written report and an oral presentation in front of a jury.
Oral presentation
From August to September, whenever your internship ends. Jury will meet on September
Abroad PFE
If your PFE (End of study project) is performed abroad, remember you have to contact your school superviser as soon as possible to decide when precisely your oral presentation within the host company will take place and do not forget to keep ISAE's internship office posted.
Written report
It should be addressed to your school superviser and to the jury members at least one week before you come for the oral presentation. All reports must be printed out in 3 hard copies with a specific cover page format mentioning your name, the subject of your internship, the name of your company, the name of the in-company superviser and the current year when the internship has been performed. Before editing the written report, please ask your in-company superviser for his/her authorisation. Please fill in the 'formulaire d'enregistrement' form and give it back to the library, along with a hard copy of your report and/or a PDF or CD ROM.
Assessment
The assessment form for the PFE -end of study project- (see attached forms in French and English) will be filled in and signed by the jury members. Your school superviser shall then forward this form to your 'Inspecteur des études' before July and September jurys and by September at the latest (deadline).
